Three Day Practitioner Workshop Learning Outcomes and Agenda

The aim The aim of the practitioner workshop is to provide a practical and solid basis for the development of some real skills, and knowledge in handling all types of ambiguity positively and profitably. Using guided hands-on practical exercises the course has been specifically designed to let you in to the secrets of how great leaders gain the advantage from ambiguity. Workshop Outcomes By the end of the workshop you will be able to: Identify the attributes of the different types of ambiguity and how to use them to your advantage Know and apply the ambiguity continuum for decision making Define the four modes of leadership and identify which is the most useful in which situation. Identify which is your natural modality in differeing situations and learn when & how to move to really gain the advantage Recognise your own responses to ambiguity and how to personally increase your own innovative reactions when necessary Apply the principles of developing ambiguity acuity to your own situation Participants This workshop is for anyone with an interest in how to deal with ambiguity from a personal, team, leadership or organisational perspective. No prior knowledge or preparation is required. This is a practitioner workshop and as such has been specifically designed to develop some real ambiguity handling skills that will give you the edge in many situations that many others will find hard to even cope with.
