The aim
 The aim of the orientation workshop is to provide a useful overview of the main concepts, models and practices contained within The Ambiguity Advantage and to enable you to start your exploration of how to, rather than being a victim of of ambiguous times, be able to deal with uncertain situations positively and become a winner.
Workshop Outcomes
By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
- Identify the attributes of the different types of ambiguity and how to use them to your advantage
- Know and apply the ambiguity continuum for decision making
- Define the four modes of leadership and identify which is the most useful in which situation
- Understand the link between innovation and your response to ambiguity
- Identify the principles of developing ambiguity acuity
Participants
This workshop is for anyone with an interest in how to deal with ambiguity from a personal, team, leadership or organisational perspective. No prior knowledge or preparation is required. This is an orientation workshop and will give you a solid grounding and an overview on the core concepts of how to find the advantage in ambiguity.
